To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required, with a minimum cost of one (1) night.

In case of cancellation more than 31 days before arrival, there is no financial charge.

For cancellations less than 31 days before arrival, the customer is charged 50% of their reservation.

In cases of cancellation upon arrival, during the stay, or for no show, the customer is charged 100% of the reservation.

Offers or non-refundable bookings cannot be changed regardless of arrival time and 100% of the booking amount is paid.
